BIBLIOTHERAPY REFERENCES
Bibliotherapy is self-help based on reading or viewing videos. This section consists of studies comparing the effectiveness of reading a book versus seeing a therapist for dealing with anxiety and depression. The results of these studies indicate that bibliotherapy can be as effective as seeing a therapist for many problems.
